Commoditization of Hype

We wanted to make a lawnmower beer that was brewed in the style of the city of Budweis with corn. You may be familiar with this sort of thing…

A slightly corny and delicious drinky-drink with mild hop bitterness. It’s a like a beer brewed from Budweis, but unfiltered. Crisp and cold and refreshing like mountain top champagne, you’ll really be living the high life while you’re drinking this beer. Guaranteed to maybe cheat for the blue ribbon. All aboard the hype train. The Baronet of Beers. Please laugh, we like to think we’re hilarious.

Tasting Notes: Dangerously crushable, delicious on hot days, cold days, and in between days. Slightly corny, and crisp with a very mild hop bitterness.

Brew Notes:
5/10/16 – Dee and Shawn took the reins of on this brew day. They chose NOT to brew this recipe the easy way. Hop-confusion led to a fruitier combination than we were originally expecting… Original recipe called for traditional Hallertau, we added Hull Melon instead. Happy accident.
